This fee allows festival, contest and competition participants to reimburse Ascencion Music Academy for festival registration and accompanist fees.

When the presenting organization, for example, the North Carolina Music Teachers Association (NCMTA) requires that teachers submit registrations on behalf students, Ascencion Music Academy pays the fees in advance. The same is sometimes true for accompanists, that teachers are required to pay those fees in advance. That is where the reimbursements come in. Thanks so much!
