Elisabeth Writtenberry, Manteo native, has earned her place in the Virginia Governor’s School (high school) for the Arts in Norfolk. She will begin her music studies there with the 2023-24 academic year. As a farewell gift to her community, Elisabeth will be presenting a free public recital of beautiful music for voice, flute, viola and even piano!
