Summer 2026 semester registering now. Begins the week of May 11th. $175 tuition for the semester.

Music classes for young children:

  • GENERAL MUSIC: Toddlers are 15-36 months with one grownup, Early Birds are ages 3-5 with optional parent participation, and Small Fries are independent learners ages 4-7. Playful general music classes for our youngest music students.
  • GROUP INSTRUMENTS: Group Piano I is for 5 to 7-year-old first-timers, Group Piano II is for returning 5-7 year old group piano students. Triple Decker is for 6-8 year-olds wanting to sample drums, piano and guitar.  Group Ukulele is an intro for 6-8 year olds. 
  • Age-appropriate, holistic, gentle and joyful. Classes are small; quality is big. Three to six children per class.
  • 2026 summer tuition prices for 12-week classes $175

Classes for Children – Overview

Register now for our next semester – 2026 Summer. Classes begin the week of 5/11 run through the week ending 7/31!

Our classes come in two basic flavors: general music and group instrument. $175 per semester.

GENERAL MUSIC 

Holistic and playful, these classes are a powerful and natural, age-appropriate introduction to singing, rhythm, instruments and movement for our littlest musicians. Instructor is Chelsea Jenkins

  • Toddlers are 15-36 months old. Choice of Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays. 9:00-9:35 am. No prior schooling or experience is expected. Toddler musicians participate with one grown-up. 
  • Early Birds are 3-5 years old. Thursdays 3:00-3:45. Students preferably are in pre-school or have previously taken a music class. Parent participation optional. 
  • Small Fries are 4-7 and in pre- or elementary school. Thursdays 4:00-4:45. This is a drop-off class, meaning children participate independently of their grownups. 

THE GROUP INSTRUMENT EXPERIENCE

Still playful, these classes are a comfortable bridge from general music to private lessons.

  • Group Piano I for 5 to 7 year old first timers. Mondays 3:45-4:30, with Chelsea and Eleni 
  • Group Piano II for 5 to 7 year old returning group piano students. Mondays 5:00-5:45, with Chelsea and Eleni
  • Triple Decker Sampler for 6 to 8 year olds. Tuesdays 3:00-3:45, with Fleck
  • Group Ukulele for 6 to 8 year olds. Tuesdays 4:15-5:00, with Fleck

Music classes for young children are playful programs of age-appropriate, holistic music.  Classes are small – between three and six children in each. Our young musicians get lots of attention in a safe learning environment. $175 per semester Payment of tuition holds your spot.  

Please note: We require a minimum enrollment of four to offer a class.  If there is not sufficient enrollment to offer a particular class, we will let you know and offer you a choice of a different class. Detailed class descriptions.
